ITLogLib supports different types (formats) for logfiles.
You currently can save your logmessages in the following formats:
§ iTech Logging logfile (ILF): optimized for viewing and analyzing in ITLogBook.
§ Text file (TXT): for viewing in common text editors.
§ Web page (HTML): for viewing in web browsers.
§ XML file (XML): for processing in other XML applications.
Notes:
§ You don’t have to take care about the file format while extending your application with iTech Logging.
§ You can change and specify the output format using the ITConfigManager. Next time you start your application ITLogLib uses the new file format.
§ For text, HTML and XML files iTech Logging provides file templates in order to adjust the layout to your special needs.
