iTech Logging Configuration Files carry the file extension "ICF", which stands for "iTech Logging configuration file".
They are conventional ASCII text files. So you can read and edit them with any text tool if necessary.
But for most purposes it should be much more comfortable and of course less error-prone if you use the ITConfigManager.
