ITConfigManager
ITConfigManager is a special windows application for save and consistent editing of ITLogLib configuration files. You can use it to changed the protocolling behaviour even of running applications. ITLogLib periodically checks its configuration parameters and applies changes to most of them immediately. No restart is needed !
