New features:

Forwarding:
Logmessages can be forwarded to additional output channels in order to output them in various contexts for different purposes.

Online configuration:
ITConfigManager provides additional functionality to define and edit the forwarding rules used to change the output behavior of ITLogLib at execution.

API compatibility:
Class ITLogMsg provides an interface for future versions of iTech Logging that allow to add apllication specific and typed parameters to single logmessages.

Bugfixes - ITLogLib for C++ and COM:

Both libraries work properly on multi processor systems now.
