New features:

Configuration editor:
Developement of ITConfigManager as a standalone application for save and consistent modifications of ITLogLib configuration files.

Redesign of ITLogMsg API:
Logmessages now base on smartpointer technology including reference counting (even in C++) to increase useability and to avoid memory leaks.

Extension of ITLogLib API:
The logging library provides additional functionality.

Bugfixes - ITLogLib for C++ and COM:

All buffered logmessages will be write out completely after calling ITLogLib's Deinitialize function.
